Adding the LastPass Extension to Chrome

The instructions below apply to Google's Chrome browser. For other browsers, see the links at the end of the Activating LastPass article, above.
1. Click on the three stacked dots in the upper right corner of your browser's window.
2. Select Extensions.
3. Select Visit Chrome Web Store.
4. In the Web Store's search window, enter LastPass.
5. Select Add to Chrome.
6. Select Add extension.
7. You can chose to either turn on sync or close the pop up window at this time.
8. Return to the LastPass page.
9. You will see that LastPass has been added to your browser's extensions.
10. Click on the Extensions icon (puzzle piece) in the upper right corner.
11. Click on the Pin (pushpin) icon next to LastPast.
12. The LastPass extension's icon will be added to the browser's bar showing that it is active and that it will ask to save passwords when you log into websites.
