Online Password Reset Self-Help
TCCS Staff members are now able to reset their login password without having to contact the help desk. Please note that this only applies when the user has not been locked out of their account.
For best results:
- You will need to be on your TCCS-issued computer
- You will need to be connected to the campus VPN (link opens in new tab) if you are not connected to a wired connection on campus.
- You will need to know your old password (to connect to the VPN).
NOTE: if your situation doesn't allow for the above conditions, you can still reset your password by following these instructions. You will just need to later connect to the network back in the office or via the VPN for your changes to sync to your computer.
