Contact Manager: Create Incidents
From the home page, go to Processes > Contact Manager > Incidents.
Step 1 Select "+ New". The first field is free from. It is recommended to enter the petition or a consistent set of descriptions for this field.
Step 2 Select the Incident Type and task. Enter the date the petition was submitted.
Step 3 In the Description of the Incident (at the bottom), enter all the supporting information about the petition.
Step 4 In Students, select the student's name. In Staff, this is optional but you can select the instructor's name is applicable.
Step 5 Select Save and Close from the action bar.
