Enable Impersonation

The portal allows staff to impersonate a student. The following three things are required to use this feature:

Step 1 Impersonation must be enabled at the campus level in the portal configuration tool.

Step 2 Staff must be added to the Impersonate for Portal Access staff group in the Anthology Student web client.

Step 3 The student begin impersonated must have a portal account. This is done through the account provisioning process or through automated creation when the student first logs in. The process to be used by Claremont has yet to be determined.
