Using Duo Mobile Push Notifications
The Claremont Colleges Services uses Duo Mobile Push notifications to confirm our identities when logging in to services like Workday, email, and our WiFi network. We no longer use text messages or phone calls for this purpose. If you need to switch to using Push notifications, please review the steps you can take:
- If you don’t currently have the Duo Mobile app downloaded on your mobile phone or tablet, you can start with the following information, and then reach out to IT Services to activate it:
- If you have the Duo Mobile app but it’s not longer working, please contact us at ITHelp.Desk@claremont.edu or (909) 621-8196 so we can work with you to get it activated.
- If you’ve used text messages or phone calls in the past but simply need to switch to using Push Notifications, please click “Other Options” when logging in, and switch to “Duo Push.”
- If you don’t see an option for Duo Push, contact us so we can review your account and take appropriate steps to get you up and running.
