Adding Sharp-Follow-Me Printer – Windows
To connect with TCCS printers on a Windows machine, you will either need to be on campus and plugged into the network (connected to ethernet directly to the machine or via a docking station), or you will first need to connect to VPN. If you are plugged in already, skip down to step 7.
- Press the Window key on your keyboard and type Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client and click Open

Under “Ready to connect.”, type in vpn.claremont.edu and click Connect
- Under “Please complete the authentication process in AnyConnect Login window.”, select TCCS for the “Group” and click enteron your keyboard
- Once the Cisco AnyConnect Login window populates, enter your email address, and click Next

Enter your Office account password and click Next

Select Yes

Once connected you will see a pop-up in the bottom right of your screen that displays, “Cisco AnyConnect Connected:vpn.claremont.edu”
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type \\tccs-papercut and click enter on your keyboard

Select the printer Sharp-Follow-Me

Once selected, right-click and click Connect
- A pop-up will display showing that the computer is “Connecting to Sharp-Follow-Me on tccs-papercut”
- Finished. Your machine is now connected to Sharp-Follow-Me.
As a reminder, to print you will need to be connected to VPN or plugged into the network via Ethernet.
