Adding an International Keyboard - Windows

Click on the Windows key and type "Settings" and click Return on your keyboard.
Select the option Time & language.
Select Language & region.
Under "Preferred languages", click the ... and select Language options.
In the "Keyboards" section where it says "Installed keyboards", click Add a keyboard.
Scroll down the list until you find the keyboard you are searching for. In this case, select United States-International.
