Installing Workday for Android
Download the Workday app from the app store. Open it, and click Log in. Enter theclaremontcolleges below “Enter or scan your Organization ID” and tap the arrow in the bottom right.
Where it says, “Select your Institution” choose The Claremont Colleges Services, and enter your username (first name, last initial) and password.
You will be prompted to authenticate through Duo. You will see a notification at the bottom of the screen that says, “You need to enable cookies in order to remember this device”. Tap Dismiss and authenticate through Duo.
Once you have authenticated successfully, your device will ask you “Want a faster way to login? Use your device biometrics, such as fingerprint, face, or iris recognition, instead of your password.” Select Use Device Biometrics or Skip in the top right.
Installing Workday for iPhone
Download the Workday application from the App Store.
Once the Workday application is installed, open the Workday application and tap on Login in the bottom center.
Where it says to “Enter or Scan your Organization ID” enter theclaremontcolleges and tap the blue arrow in the bottom right of the screen.
In the drop-down menu it says to “Select your Institution”, select The Claremont Colleges, and enter your username and password (first name, last initial).
You will then be prompted to authenticate through Duo, and you will see a notification on the bottom of the screen that says, “You need to enable cookies in order to remember this device”. Select dismiss and authenticate with Duo.
Once you’ve authenticated successfully, your iPhone will ask you to Use Face ID. Tap on Use Face ID if you want to login with Face ID or tap Skip in the top right of the screen.
