Accessing Microsoft 365 Quarantine
New quarantine emails will look like this...

If you select Block Sender, you should see the below message

However, if you click on the 'Quarantine page' hyperlink OR the 'Review Message' button, you will be re-directed to your Email Quarantine (seen below).

Actions you can take in quarantine:
1) Release (if available) *If email is released from quarantine, you will have the option to report it to Microsoft as a False Positive*
2) Request release (All messages classified as 'High Confidence Phishing' will require the Request release option. A message is then sent to the security team for review and release)
3) Delete messages
4) Preview message (you can see a quick preview of the email before releasing it or requesting release)

You can access the quarantine page, without receiving a quarantine email, by navigating to https://security.microsoft.com/threatreview

On the above page, CLICK 'Review quarantine messages and decide...' and it will take you to the page that has all current quarantined messages, if any.
