Connecting to the Claremont VPN

1. Access the Cisco Secure Client AnyConnect application by clicking on the ^ icon at the lower right of your screen.

2. Next, click on the application’s icon

3. You will need to choose the correct VPN portal from the pull-down based on your Access Group. Your supervisor or IT department should already have provided you with the information regarding your Access Group. 4. Log into the VPN by clicking on Connect.

5. A web page will open and you will be asked to log in.

6. Enter your name.

7. Click Next.

8. Enter your password.

9. Click Sign in.

NOTE: Your campus may use a different MFA app to confirm your identity. The process will be largely the same as shown.

10. Approve the sign in request with the Microsoft Authenticator app to confirm your identity.

11. Duo Push may also ask for verification.

Once you have verified the request - with or without Duo - you will be asked if you wish to remain signed in. You may choose as you prefer.

You are now connected to the VPN.
