Accessing Box Shared Links from an External Source

To access a Box link shared from someone outside of your home institution, you’ll need to first sign in to your home institution’s Box account so it can confirm your permission to view the file.

Click on the link shared with you. You will be taken to the following sign-in screen. On the right, click Not a part of The Claremont Colleges Services.
Enter your home institution email address (where you received the invitation) and click Next
You will be redirected to CAS. Select your home institution from the drop-down, and sign in as you normally would
